It feels like it has been a while since I've updated, so I'll try and fill you in a little on what has been going on lately...

We are super busy right now making final exams for next week. Anna and I are in charge of making all tests for the classes, so it will definitely keep us occupied for a while.

Last weekend we went out and did just some normal stuff. We were going to try and get some Christmas shopping in, but we didn't really find anything. We did buy a couple of sweater/hoodies to help keep us warm. It has already gotten really cold here and it's only November! I don't know how we'll make it through the winter! There is actually a chance of snow tomorrow, but I'm not sure if that will really happen. Today was the first day Cinderella turned the heat on in the school. It has been miserably cold in all of the classes. After about ten minutes I want to let the class leave so I can go back in the office where the heater is. But it has finally become more tolerable at least.

Scarlet took us to Costco last Sunday. It was a mad house! I definitely don't like having to be super aggressive when shopping. We did find some good stuff though! I was most excited about pumpkin pie and tim tams! I think we're going to go back next week and get some food for Thanksgiving. We were going to go out to a restaurant that was having a traditional Thanksgiving style dinner, but it is too expensive. The cheapest is still over $30! I'm good just having pumpkin pie really :)

Scarlet and her mom also bought us some food from there! It was so nice of them! And they spent like $22 on one package of bulgogi for us! Then Scarlet said her mom wanted to buy a toaster oven for us.... we already have one, but wasn't that sweet of her?

On Friday night we went to a Peruvian restaurant! The chef was from Cusco and came out and talked to us. It was great to speak Spanish! Scarlet said she finally understood how we felt when everyone was speaking Korean. They had my favorite dish, tacu tacu, on the menu but it was mixed with seafood. I really didn't want that, so I asked the chef if he could make just regular tacu tacu for me. He said if I call before I come next time that he'll make me my own tacu tacu! This time I just had my other favorites- aji de gallina and papa a la huancaina. I also had some mate de maca.

The weekend before, we met Cinderella to go to a traditional village in the middle of Seoul and then we took a cable car up to Seoul Tower. It was beautiful because of the fall leaves! Here are some pictures from that...

We're still trying to figure out where to go for our Christmas vacation. We have off December 25th- January 4th. So we'll be able to video chat for Christmas day and then hopefully leave to go somewhere exciting the next day! If anyone has any awesome ideas or knows about any cheap flights to anywhere...please let us know!

I guess I better get to bed now. I hope everyone is doing well!
